This high pressure hose is designed for flexible routing in tight spaces in water jetting as well as hydraulic applications, in both on and offshore environments. The kink resistant 2 spiral layers of high tensile steel make this an extremely safe hose bonded together with 2 open layers of steel wire strengthening the outer cover of polyurethane giving outstanding resistance to wear. Low volumetric expansion (15%) means the overall length of the hose does not vary more than +/-2% and maintains fast response times in hydraulic circuits. The smooth polyamide bore (4.0mm) helps to keep pressure drops to a minimum despite its compact size (9.7mm) and provides robust chemical resistance. Benchmark testing shows this hose is capable of withstanding over 30000 impulses at MWP and 70°C.
