HS Series ISO 14541 Hydraulic Couplings | 300–450 Bar Thread-to-Connect Cone Valve Fittings
The HS Series ISO 14541 Thread-to-Connect Hydraulic Couplings are designed for high-pressure applications up to 450 bar. Featuring a reliable cone valve system and threaded locking mechanism, they ensure secure, leak-free performance under demanding industrial conditions. Constructed from durable carbon steel with Zn-Fe (Cr III) plating for corrosion resistance, these couplings offer BSP, NPT, and SAE thread options. Standard NBR seals are provided, with FKM and EPDM available for various fluids and temperatures (-25°C to +100°C). Both halves can be connected under residual pressure, making them ideal for agricultural machinery, construction equipment, special vehicles, oil drilling platforms, and metallurgical systems.
